We are talking about buying a house in a colony but I keep hitting dead ends when it comes to finding the right type of crowd for us. We are looking for a place with young crowd who are working bnei torah. Anyone have any suggestions of places we can look into?

What age is young? Most young people can't afford a summer home. Also, it's very hard to find units for sale. Usually people form a group and buy into a new development. Sheldrake dorms is very yeshivish. Birchwood is yeshivish. I don't know ages. Probably not young but people may have young married children with them.
You can try camp Morris too.

Our oldest child is 10. I'm OK with a range of ages but don't want something exclusively older.
Thing is we are not looking for yeshivish. I'm ok with my kids Watching jewish videos and reading clean secular literature. My DD will be wearing short socks until 9 as per our rav. Most of the yeshivish people would not but maybe I'm wrong?

My apologies. I thought you were the same op as looking to buy somewhere yeshivish. Maybe the Grove or Tribeca? Again, almost impossible to find and I don't know ages.

Twin Bridge Estates or Fallsview Estates for sure

Can I bump this? I think I’m a similar type to OP but my oldest is 17. I’d love to rent something next summer, but hear it’s such a disaster to find something, so trying to research now. I’d be looking to rent for four weeks…

Just keep in mind , that just because there is a certain crowd today, doesn't mean it will stay that way. People will always be selling their properties and there's no guarantee what the crowd will look like next summer or any time further down the line.

Working bnei Torah with kids around 10 and under sounds like Pine Knoll. No idea if anything is for sale there though, I don't think there's a lot of movement in this market in general other than new developments popping up all over.

Bumping this. Trying to rent something for second half in a bungalow colony w a nice diverse crowd. We're heimish chassidish and no idea where to start looking? We fit into most heimish crowds. Are there any whatsapp groups for this? I scanned all weekly circular classifieds every week and so far nothing. It's super impt for me to get this done asap as I'm expecting bh and want to solidify my summer plans now.
