I have not seen one. But if the reason is to prevent accidentally turning on hot water on Shabbos, her plumber can install an easy-to-reach shutoff lever for the hot water inside the cabinet. I can post a pic.

Yes as mentioned above. But very limited.
Riobel is one great one that the Jewish stores recommended.
If you are in NY, NJ, go into one of the Jewish am stores and see the options.

My plumber just installed one for me. He had many options, I'm not sure where he gets it from. Though he did tell me I can look in Home Depot for more options.
