is it more tasty than eggless challah?
anyone have a delicious healthy whole spelt flour challah recipe?

I tried something last week and it was delicious. I took the recipe from chezchaya and used white spelt in place of regular. I also used fresh yeast instead of dry. It was soooo good.

I actually prefer eggless challah, after having tasted both eggy and egg-free challah made with whole-grain spelt.

I am actually looking for a recipe with whole grain spelt
but a really good one.
