Can someone who used it for yom tov please explain to me how they cooked for shabbos- the oven went to warm (170 degrees ) Friday 12זpm- and then shut off completely when shabbos started. How did you warm up food for Friday night. I’m really enjoying it for shabbos, I’m just a little confused about yom tov. Ty

It only shuts off before havdallah if you pressed a number on your stove after you accepted shabbos mode.
On a regular shabbos I think press number 1 so it shuts off after 4 hours. 2 is 8 hours . You must have pressed the number (maybe accidentally) to turn off after 24 hours.
Mine stayed on all Yom Tov. On pesach too…

All you need to do is press start.
You must have accidentally pressed another button. Or maybe a pot pressed it?

Ty- my oven was on 350 from 8-12 on Friday. Then went to warm (170). My question is , how did u heat up food for Friday night? Your oven stayed on bake all Friday?
Sorry for all the questions- just finding this confusing

I’m not sure that it’s 170. It seems more like 200. Either way I heated up my food in the oven and it was hot by the meal.

If I put food in an hour before shabbos it’s in the oven for at least 2 hours before we actually eat …
