13 year old dd is experiencing bloody nipple discharge. Also complaining of itchiness and pain to the touch. Any idea what this can be?

If she didn't get an injury there call the Dr asap.

Would this be a call to her regular pediatrician or do I need to find a gynecologist?

Anyone have insight to this - and can help relax a worried mind?

Did she get hurt? Is this sudden or been developing?

You need to see a dr asap. It could be a mass but to reassure you, lumps in teens are very likely benign.
So you need a dr but shouldn’t be scared. It may need to be removed but could also go away on its own.

I'd be so worried as well...
Is it possible it's an ingrown hair or a pimple?

No injuries. Been developing. Been complaining of discomfort for a couple of weeks, but I chalked that up to puberty.

Thank you. Is this something a regular pediatrician can address?

Yes. He can refer you for an ultrasound and then decide what’s needed

Could be a papilloma. Causes bloody discharge but is usually benign.
