I need to whiten my teeth but can’t afford to pay too much money for a professional. Does anyone know of a cheap way or do it? Is there a kit I can do at home? I tried the Colgate whitening strips but they didn’t help. Any ideas? Thanks so much!!

They have whitening toothpastes that are very effective. You need to make sure you use them consistently as often as possible. My teeth are very very white after using crest toothpaste - specific for whitening, but it took some time. It won't happen.overnight

Thank you. I’ve been using Colgate Total but will switch to Crest toothpaste for whitening.

I've seen this advertised... did you use it? Did it work? Is it really dentist approved?
