Ebt, medicaid, and we were just approved for vouchers the 100% legal way. (There are 2 types of vouchers)

My kids will be eligible for jersey care soon! (I need to cut my hours in Sept because if childcare limitations which will put us right under the limit BH)

is part of the goal to see what percentage are on government programs. if yes then not having a none category doesn't work.

to your original question we currently get unemployment and non income based school vouchers (it's location based, everyone in our neighborhood qualifies) so don't know what you consider that.

My kids are eligible for JerseyCare with a low monthly premium and copay.
In NJ a family of 7, the children are eligible with a premium and copay up to approximately 140k a year. So many families are eligible for JerseyCare but nothing else.

Medicaid, WIC and vouchers but we won't qualify for voucher next year anymore (I'll be done college).
And I might be kicked off of Medicaid. Filling out the recertification for it now and praying we still qualify because we can't afford insurance otherwise.
And we were kicked off of SNAP/EBT a few months ago and don't know how we'll pay for food either soon...
Just working on emunah over here.
