You can puree the batter in a blender (add some butter/sour cream) and bake in cupcakes holders (fill only halway up) for baby 'blintzes' (optional- add 3 berries on top before baking).
350 for 20-25 min.

Thanks.
I want to make them flat like when frying but want to bake in the oven.
I need instructions how long to bake on each side and what temperature.
nothing comes up in google.

If you have a muffin top pan you can do it flat. Would need about 15 minutes in here? Start with that.
https://www.amazon.com/Wilton-.....r=8-3
Otherwise you'll have to pour the whole batter onto a cookie sheet and cut into squares when done. Bake 20 minutes at 350 and then touch the top to see if it's still wet. If top is not wet, it's ready.
Bake until top is done, no flipping. There's no each side. The outside doesn't get as firm as when you fry them, you won't be able to flip them (unless you overbake them and then they'll be too dry and not tasty).

thanks so much.
this muffin pan looks perfect for this.
what is this particular shallow muffin pan called?
I would look for a smaller frame to fit my sage toaster oven and also one that is made with non toxic material.

It's called a muffin "top" pan (for people who like to pull off the crispy top of the muffin and leave over the rest of the muffin on bottom, they created this pan that give you just the "tops".

If you have a milchig Betty Crocker- try I there. You just spray a little oil on a parchment paper. Comes out great and it’s not oily
