What's a good system for appointments?

Looking for a easy platform for this .
People book appointments by me for my service. They text and I put it on excel spreadsheet for myself
It's very time consuming especially when people cancel or want to change their appointment.
Anyone know how I can just have a link on my website or have a link I can email for people to manage their own booking? (Book, cancel or change )?

Ty, can you see the other people who have appointments? Or the slot just says unavailable ?

You can't see who else has appointments. You can't even see when there are other booked appointments. It doesn't show as a slot. You can only see the available appointments.
