Hi!

I flew from Dallas to JFK last night. My suitcase stayed in Dallas, and the airport couldn't explain why.

They said they'll try to deliver it to my house today.

What are my rights? Does anyone have experience with this?

Can I get compensation or travel credit for the inconvenience?

Yes, they will usually reimburse you for essential products you had to buy, but will need receipts.
