My 3 year old asks for a snack, food, or treat EVERY 5 MINUTES!! She barely manages finishing one thing and shes on to asking for the next. And when I say no its a full blown tantrum. Any ideas????

I can so relate!!! With my 5yo. Hungry ALL THE TIME! but a lot of it is really boredom

Does she eat fruit? Give her fruit, easy not messy and healthy.

Just give her something to eat. Leave out a fruit bowl with a variety of fruit and let her help herself when she is hungry.

Tantrums are very normal that age, why is she not being satisfied? Is she eating proper meals?

Does she ask for food even when she's busy with other things? If so, she might not be eating enough at meals or need more filling snacks. If not, you could try making a set snack time and explain that there are other things she needs to do between snack time. You could also have vegetables out for in-between snacktime in case she's really hungry.

Have you tried the Division of Responsibility method by Ellyn Satter? It might help keeps things contained to assigned meal and snack times.
