My only internet access is on a PC, I don't have access to a smartphone or tablet.

I want to use Zelle but can't get it to work. Zelle's site says that some banks allow you to use Zelle through a desktop on their site, but none of mine do.

Anyone uses Zelle through their bank site on a computer? Which bank do you use? Or are there any other workarounds?

Thanks.

I know, I find this so annoying! my bank also doesn't offer zelle on the desktop. Super annoying- the features of my account are great (I get reimbursed at non-network ATMs which is a big plus for me), so I'm not switching.
There is a service called send gelt or something, it's for this purpose. I saw the information in a book put out by the Lakewood TAG office of "smartphone workarounds" or something similar. It's a service where you load money on to your acocunt on the phone, and they send zelle for you (or something like that).
If you call TAG in Lakewood, they should be able to help you out.
If I find the paper with the info then I will post it here.

Wow I appreciate your help so much. If you could find the paper that would be great! This sounds like a good solution.

I zelle all the time from the Citibank website. I find it easier sometimes to do it from the computer vs my phone.
