Floortime certification - need advice

Hi. Can someone help me please?
My daughter, home from seminary a year, is thinking of doing the TTI certification, in conjunction with a BA, which she has not yet started. She is currently working in an office, and has a custom cookie business she is busy with a few hours a week. Here are my questions:
Floortime pay looks like it is in the range of $25-$35/hr in the tri-state area. This is less than girls with no education are making in offices. Does it make sense to go through all the education for this amount of pay? Is there room for growth?
If she ends up moving to Israel, is there a market there for Floortime?
Can she do anything with a Floortime certification but no BA?
Has anyone done this program? A different program? Is practicing Floortime without a degree or certification? Please chime in!
I'm really confused and any and all advice is appreciated.
