My 23 month old son has high fever, vomiting around the clock and an unbelievably horrendous diarrhea. Bh he tested positive for strep today.
Experienced mommy's out there, does it makes sense such pampers from strep? Oh and when I changed his pamper I found pinworms. I know what pinworms look like. What is going on?
Please note: Dr said it's a strong strep. His throat says so.

Yes strep is known to cause bad stomach

The vomiting I knew, but this diarrhea I didn't. Dh vomits when he has strep.

It’s also possible your child has more than one ailment. There is a really bad stomach virus going around as well as step. My children sometimes get diarrhea from strep but usually one or two times not constantly like the stomach flu.
