Hi, I work full time and have very little time to exercise. I try to take a brisk 30-40 min walk 2-3 times per week and then spend 10 min doing muscle toning.
My abs are loose and separated and I suffer from pelvic floor issues. Would love to hear suggestions for which exercises are best to do for abs & pelvic floor or any others you think are important when one is limited for time.
I had years where I was going to exercise classes so I'm familiar with many different muscle toning exercises. I guess I'm asking which ones are most effective and worthwhile to do if you don't have time to do them all. Thanks!

Pushups pull ups rows planks dips squats step ups like stand
crunches - only when your abs are back together
Do at least 4 sets of any of the above exercises and minimum 8 reps

Kegel exercises for pelvic floor. You can do them anytime you are sitting. They're on Google.
For abs, my PT had me lie on my back and do two different exercises:
one was to pull your stomach down to your lower back and release, and the other was to tense all your abs and release.
5x each to start.
