non stop moving all day long
I cant keep up anymore
any ideas how to keep him entertained?
and out of trouble?

We used to go to a lot of indoor play spaces that were fenced in. Also play grounds that were fenced in.

Music for freeze dance, plenty of open ended toys to play with, playtime in the bath for as long as he wants, a bowl of soapy water for sensory play- he can wash toy cars or plastic animals, going up and down the stairs (either in a house or in the apartment building) bringing things up and down
