Interesting I was wondering the same. Because its a sharp veg over night with out the head of the cabbage and not salted. And does it need washing, checking both or none

Yes, it needs a hechsher.
You can’t check it once it’s shredded.

According to CRC app, shredded cabbage does NOT require a hechsher as long as it has been pre-washed

There's no halacha about cabbage being out ovenight without the head. Onion and garlic and peeled eggs are the issue.
Op, CRC says it's fine without a hechsher.
