Anyone else has this? It's 1:19, everyone's sleeping here besides for me. If I recall correctly I've had this on the past. I was so tired at the end of the fast but now I'm wide awake.
I need to be able to function tomorrow and the thought of that isn't making it easier to fall asleep!

Same here. I had a terrible fast and it’s taking forever for me to feel better. I have regular work tomorrow and still have a lot to do before yom tov.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a hard fast 
I actually fasted well bh, especially considering that I'm breastfeeding, but here I am. Wide awake.

What’s the magic potion? I’m breastfeeding and that’s why I felt horrible. Usually I’m fine but when I have a nursing baby it’s disastrous. Tried every trick in the book nothing worked

Super common! Your cortisol levels are high. You can try melatonin or Unisom if you have either of those.

I overslept on YK and only slept 2 hrs in the night, and woke up feeling like mush. Have to skip work for that. My day is packed today, I will collapse. Feeling dizzy all the time now (it’s morning here)

Same. It's almost 3am and I have to be up before 6. Yay!
I think my kids sense that I'm awake so they keep waking up tonight like every 20 minutes.
How oh how will I function tomorrow with a full day of school.
