What salads (veggie based - not salaried) can I serve with the fish course?
Lettuce / cabbage / grain based.
All recipes + ideas appreciated. Thanks

Nish nosh
Corn salad
Purple cabbage salad
Crunch of almond
Lettuce and veggies with oil and spices
Tomato salad
Beet salad
Shredded carrots with pineapple tidbits/juice

Broccoli salad
Tomato salad with hearts of palm avocado
Tomato salad with red onion and scallions
Mushroom, avocado, tomato, cucumber,pine nuts (recipe from a cookbook)
Alfalfa salad
All of these are real hits by us! I rotate these salads very often.

Arugula fennel salad
Carrot and radish salad with maple ginger dressing
Butter lettuce salad with quail eggs and avocado dressing
Purple cabbage salad with Asian pear and grapes and sesame dressing
Simple radish salad
Kale, cucumber, radish salad with mustard dressing

Sushi salad.
lettuce, cucumbers, avocado, carrots with a slice of salmon and spicy mayo and/or sweet sauce
bake salmon with teriyaki and honey.
(I also serve this with rice to make it into a full dinner, weekday)
