I left the store before 2. When I called after 6 to follow up, I was informed that my order was still in the store and was then abruptly hung up on. I guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease, and since it took me over four hours to call, they saw no reason to rush my delivery. Or did they forget about my boxes???
So far, it is almost 7 pm, and I am still waiting. I have butcher items there, including raw chicken, tongues, briskets, capons, etc. The butcher department is at the beginning of the store. I'd guess that my shopping took about an hour, hour and a half, then I waited on line for over an hour. So the meats are out of the fridge for close to 8 hours??? WWYD?

I have this all the time with them especially yt season. If all fridge/frozen stuff are packed together it’s ok

Had deliveries from them arrive already at 3 a.m.
Usually in such seasons I take home the perishables!

They definitely keep it in the freezer. That’s why they label the boxes.

I had this twice with a similar store and then I stopped having deliveries erev yom tov instead I shop and take home with ubers I don't have to worry about late food delivery.
The food doesn't stay so fresh at this point I would tell them I need a refund and I would reshop tomorrow early right when the store opens and buy everything fresh.
