If anyone still has any old Polly Pockets from when they were a kid I would love to buy them off you for my daughter. Will pay a fair price. Please comment and let me know! Thank you!

How are the old ones different than the current ones?

Better quality. I buy the new ones for my daughter and they break quickly.

Yes but those prices are extremely high, for collectors. Perhaps someone on here has sets they aren’t using and they can sell them to me for a fairer price so another young frum girl can enjoy them Smile

I googled it and only see something about a recall due to small magnets.

How old?
I’m not selling as mine are not is such condition and I would save mine, but are you looking for the ones from my childhood on the ‘80s or my children (possibly your age) from 2000-2005?
They were not the same toy, but probably still different than what they make now, 20 years later.

THANK YOU I bought this!!!!!

I got the entire set for $160 there was some sort of coupon. Amazing price, let’s see if it actually comes, almost seems too good to be true because those individuals sets sell for so much.

Ebay has vintage Polly Pocket lots also, maybe those are cheaper than buying individual sets...
I bought a bunch on Ebay several years ago aside from ones I had from years ago, my kids love them!
I did soak them in the bathtub with something to clean them after they arrived.

TYSM for the response, I just purchased the lot an ima linked above, can’t wait for it to come!!

The lots I had seen were very expensive but this one was a great price.

Good idea to soak.

Ok, enjoy! If you soak - keep in mind that some of them may have battery compartments/batteries.
We keep ours in a special container in a specific place out of reach of our baby, it's a special thing for my kids to play with and it's so exciting for them.
They have Playmobil, menchies, Lego, but there is nothing like the Polly Pockets Smile

My kids are still young - my oldest is 8 - but I have a few kids ka"h, boys and girls. They like to play with the Playmobil and all the other stuff we have (and we have a lot of toys Smile), but there is something exciting and special about the vintage Polly Pockets, maybe it's because they are so tiny and the houses are so detailed, maybe it's because we don't keep them with all the other toys so they have limited access to them, maybe it's a combination of both...
I'm not saying they play with it longer than the other toys, but to me it seems the Polly Pockets have a certain charm and my kids really enjoy them. Of course, different kids like different stuff, not every kid would necessarily like to play with them...

Is there anything else like what neon yellow found? I’m not good at these stuff - I have 2 girls 6 and 10 and they play with the few pollypockets we have. Would love to buy them a large set to enjoy.

Check the details of what's included and shipping... I eliminated a few other options because they hardly came with any people... but you can search "vintage polly pocket lot" on Ebay or any other site that sells these types of things and see what comes up.
