I would be nervous. Maybe if you are watching on the app while you are talking to her on the phone the entire time. For that level of nerves, I'd just go pick her up myself. I'm not typically neurotic but this really gives me the creeps.

It’s a different state I don’t live there. If she comes in the middle of the day. Is it safe. I need to order for her because she doesn’t have a smart phone

Your posts are really unclear. Does your dd need to get TO a NYC airport FROM her relatives who are also in NYC? Or from the airport to their house? Or does she need to get from the airport in your hometown to your house?
I wouldn't want my dd arriving alone anywhere at midnight unless someone I know and trust was meeting her at the airport. I'd pay more for her to take a flight that arrives during the day.

It may be a problem of Yichud. Ask your Rav. I once had this problem as my daughters fight was delayed a few m hours and she landed very late.

She maybe will arrive at an airport not in New York at midnight going to relatives. I will correct the post
