If it’s a boy host your own Shalom Zachor party on Friday night and join Bris on zoom
If it’s a girl host your own kiddish Shabbos morning
Make signs and email or mail actual signs
Buy badges “Best Aunt” “I became an aunt”
Want to be more specific in what you need?
Something as simple as decorating the kitchen for the night?

Bake cupcakes and have them decorate them in either blue or pink. Either to be enjoyed at home or to bring to share with with their classmates

When my brother had his first child born, and they live in Israel, I sent my parents a mini 'kiddush', we had new baby balloons, and I sent in a couple of platters with cake, cookies and sweets, all pink themed.
I did similar when my brother then had his next child, a boy. I sent in for a 'sholom zochor'. Again balloons, and I had chickpeas and beer, as well as platters, this time all blue themed.
Mazal Tov! It's such a special occasion.
