Medical expenses for sure. Including therapy expenses. Especially if we can eliminate the medical issues along with it.

Cleaning help. Wish I could afford tons of cleaning help without having to deal with the expense. I BH have a few hours once a week and it's already almost as much my grocery bill!
Wait, that math was wrong. My groceries are 4x as much as cleaning help..but it's still expensive!

I think housing is something I’ll need to deal with always, until I die…so I think it might be housing, though at the moment since I’m pre renovation- tuition and food are both more expensive!

Housing if I could have my dream home. Including taxes and utilities and insurance...
Otherwise - tuition. I spend half my pretax paycheck on tuition for the 2 elementary students and then I have playgroup. But if I quit my job tuition wouldn't go down just because we have less income.
