What are his skills and what is he willing to do.
Generally gig jobs like instacart, uber or door dash are easy to get and you make your own hours.
It's been a long time but when I worked in the summer when I was in school, I would get jobs through temporary agencies. Those required good office skills as they would test my speed at keyboards and knowledge of Word

He has over 10 years of office experience. Hes working on something now but its not bringing in an income currently and he needs something until it does.
Hes also very patient with kids.
