Doesn’t do this all the time so it’s not facial paralysis or something similar but it’s so weird and random. Why does she do it and do I need to be worried?

I first thought it's for attention. But now I think it's a sensory thing if it's also when just talking.
Have you asked her?
It reminds me of something I would do because of a feeling in the jaw muscles and joint.
