password- although how would someone get my password if I changed it this year and don't click on things I shouldn't? It won't say what the password is to avoid further misuse. So I don't know if it's an old password or something. How can I find out?

Just change your password and you'll be okay. It's very likely it's an old password

Is this an email you're receiving or when you checked your credit rating on Experian's website?
If an email then sounds like a spam email to me. They pretend to be from someone reputable. Check the full email address that their email is coming from. It'll probably be junky
