Once I turn over, can I use a fleishig pot or betty crocker I haven't used all year to cook parve things in? Before I cook actual meat products in them? What about silverware etc?

The pot, better crocker, silverware are still fleishig.
But cooking something parve in a clean pot that hasn't been used for 24 hours, does not make the parve food meaty. You just can't serve those parve items mixed with milk on same plate. But eating them keeps you parve, you don't become fleishig.
