I always forget- do I have to hear the Megillah once or twice? Is it enough to go to the late night reading or do I have to go in the day too ?
Mother of two babies, fwiw and their dad is going to be away most of the day. Plus we have strep on top of it

Oy! You have your hands full! You do have to go night and day. If your husband isn't able to watch the kids while you go, find a friend who you can trade with- she watches your kids while you go to the 10am reading and you watch her kids while she goes to 11.
Fwiw, if you're on antibiotics, the strep should be gone in a day or two.
