I need something good to put on the table as entree.... some kind of yogurt concoction, preferably w/o strawberries...
any ideas?

My dad makes this wonderful ambrosia like dish - we love it, and call it Summer's Delight!
crushed pinapple (1 can, large, drained)
mandarin oranges (1 large can, drianed)
marachino cherries (cut in half, 1 jar, drained)
1 cup mini marshmellows
1/2 c. sour cream (or yogurt for a healthier version)
1 Tblsp sugar
mix and and used reserve juice to thin and/or sweeten as desired, should have a pseudo pudding/mousse texture) - let sit at least 1 hour, overnight is even better - spoon and serve.
It's one of my personal favs!

We have one similar to MontrealM's but it includes shredded coconut.
