On the 5 nights from Sunday - Thursday in an average week, how many nights do you serve fleishigs? And while I assume for most people the answer is heavily influenced by financial considerations, if your reasons are due to diet, kashrus, food preference, etc., feel free to add that as well.

I only serve fleishig
Unless it's salmon
Part diet (mine), part nutrition (gluten and dairy free), I was raised like this... never grew up with pasta or fish sticks for supper. To me it's not a real meal.

I said 2, but sometimes it's only 1. Money not an issue at all, just preference.

4. Dh and my kids are sensitive to dairy. I don't find it to be that much more expensive...fish and cheese are expensive too.

3-4. We have 2 dairy free, 3 who can't/ won't eat fish, and an airborne egg allergy. I'm proud of myself that we have 1 good pareve night (falafel) and sometimes manage a second of fish/ dairy/ mom is a short order cook. No we can't really afford it, but we also can't just not feed everyone, and I can't manage more than 2 dinners a night (ones also garlic free so everything comes normal and garlic free)

(And I'm happy to take reccomendations for good dinners that are egg free/gluten free/ fish free/ dairy free / without beans, peas or nuts. )

2-3. I usually alternate fleishigs with dairy/fish and Thurs night is always veggie soup and bagels. This week it worked out that we had 3 straight nights of fleishigs but that was out of the ordinary

Used to be once or twice, (once being Shabbos leftovers), but then I realized I could make a cheap meat meal for less than I spens on some of my dair meals, so now it's 2-3 times per week.

Almost every night due to many kids being lactose intolerant.

I find it hard... there are only so many ways you could serve chicken and meat differently each night.

Anywhere from 0 to 3 depending on how much we have left over from Shabbat. Shabbat leftovers are the only reason I'd serve fleishik during the week.

Aubergine is a vegetable and not a good source of protein. less than a gram of protein per cup. Nutritious in other ways and a fine side dish but not a viable substitute for eggs, fish, meat or legumes.

Usually 1 day milchig, 1 day fleishig, rest pareve. For financial reasons.

1 day ground beef
1 day shredded cheese
1 day eggs
1 day tuna
1 day beans

Motzei Shabbos is leftover chicken soup.

One is leftovers though

I find it hard to come up with milchig variety and 2 days a week already stretches my creativity
Also my kids uses to have fleishig school lunch twice a week (now it's once) so I had to have either pareve or fleishig those nights

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are usually fleishig here. Thursday and Melave Malka are dairy, and Sunday is fleishig leftovers from Shabbos.

A big pot of soup with diced vegetables, potatoes and chicken can go a long way to feed a large family.
