My 3 month old has a cold, what's a good inexpensive humidifier to help his congestion and cough?
I've heard the warm ones get moldy so looking for a cool one

I would suggest first getting a humidity monitor so you can see how humid the room is. Anything above 60% isn't safe. You will be at risk for mold. Ideally, it should be 40-50%.
You might be surprised just how high it is.
Secondly, every humidifier will get moldy at some point. Try to find one that you can access every nock and cranny so you can scrub it down.
