is this recent or long ago ?
besides for redting you the shidduch , how much in between was the shadchan involved ?
How many dates you went out before getting married ?
What was your proposal like ?

We are married almost 20 years.
There was no in between. After the first date my husband called her. She then called me to let me know he was interested. And that was that. No more shaddchan. The next time we spoke to her was when we got engaged.
We dated for about 4 months. But then were engaged for three.
Proposal was nothing too big. We were both living on our own (meaning out of home with room mates) and were having dinner in my apartment on my porch. He just came out and asked me if I would spend the rest of my life with him.
