Hi! I am iyH almost due and want to cook a lot now to freeze for supers and Shabbos... I'm looking for pareve dishes that freeze well. I already have broccoli and cauliflower kugels. Can also be weeknight dairy dishes but I'm not a huge cheese (neither are my kids) person so nothing like lasagna. Thanks in advance!!

Another vote for soups! Lentil soup freezes well. Tuna noodle casserole freezes pretty well, tastes normal as long as it’s reheated properly. You can prepare fresh salmon with spices and then freeze it raw.

Pareve mains or sides?

Mashed potatoes made with Yukon gold potatoes freeze well- need to be reheated for a LONG time to get the creamy texture back.

A lot of people freeze orzo.
