He’s been with me at home till now as I work from home but time has come, it’s getting challenging to work with home
How long does the adjustment take generally?
Any ideas to make it easier?

My baby cried for 2 weeks, refused to look at me when I picked up....it was very sad
But after 2 weeks she was leaping into morahs hands and happy when I picked her up
I dropped off late and picked up early till she adjusted
After we got home I gave her loads of undivided attention

My baby would cry hysterically at bedtime at the beginning. I sat next to her if needed holding her hand until asleep.

I started my baby at 9 months about a month ago, she is still adjusting. The important thing is that we see some improvement almost every day and she now loves the babysitter. But it is also her personality, my oldest was not like this.
I'm not telling you this to scare you off, just know that some babies take longer than others and seeing an upward trend and a bonding process happening with the babysitter are important to look for even if your baby takes his/her time.

My baby started going out at ten months and he didn’t mind at all. He hadn’t developed separation anxiety yet at that point. I was pretty insulted lol. When he switched groups at closer to 1.5, it took a good two weeks until he didn’t scream at drop off. So hopefully your baby will be like mine because he’s still young.
Once they adjust and you see them happy to see their babysitter, it feels so much better.
