Im looking for a decorator who is quick to reach (I need to make decisions asap), who gives you a "caviar look on a tuna fish budget", and takes on small assignments.
Any recommendations?

I don't know if I'd go to the extreme in your title, but Hadassah chapler is reasonably priced and does very nice work.

Im not looking for someone who will work for free, I just dont want to bother with decorators who only take on big and costly jobs.
Im sure there are many.
Any other suggestions?
