My baby has a rash just on her back. It’s not hives so I don’t think it’s a food allergy. Trying to figure out what it’s from - has anyone had an experience like this?

Could be viral
Could be dry skin
Could be so many things
Nothing to get crazy about or invetsigate further… wait a few days and see what happens

I would wait and see, small pimples can really be anything. It's probably not eczema or an allergy, I wouldn't worry about it.

If your child gets a fever or if it gets worse, just hop over to the doctor.

I couldn't see the picture fyi
