I mean sometimes it's putting on a proper outfit instead of a sweatshirt lol
But to get properly dressed I would wear a full wig instead of a fall and maybe a little more makeup than usual.

Use of belts, scarves and other accessories.( Not all at once, though)
Classic Tailored vs loose fitting clothes.
Monochrome or tonal color schemes.
Sparing use of bright colors and jewellery.
Natural but carefully applied makeup.
Polished nails.
Polished shoes.
Sleek wig.

Some of mine:
Wool long coat rather than my down parka - with an elegant scarf.
Blazer.
Heels. Or tall boots with a heel 👢.
Wear a curled/waved wig rather than straight.
Wear multiple rings on one hand.
Eyeliner.
