for the past few weeks my 15 month old has been waking up every night..can be from around 30 min to 2 hrs
What can I do to stop this?????

I don't know. but my now 15 month old just stopped doing this BH! I didn't change anything. He had been sleeping through the night for ages, suddenly about 2 months ago was waking up every night. I would just nurse and put him back in his crib, usually went back to sleep relatively nicely. So maybe your situation is different, up for 2 hours is not really functional. For me this was really annnoying because I knew he didn't "need" it but tolerable enough that I didn't do anything about it. And then a week ago, it just stopped. Phases and stages I guess.
