It's so hard to maintain weight when I started night munchies again. And it's healthier option like chocolate dipped frozen fruit. Night munchies start around 8 till I go to sleep. I don't like tea.

I find that if I snack during the day, I don’t have such a massive appetite at night. Instead of going from lunchtime till dinner time without eating, I’ll have a bunch of snacks. For example: yogurt, cookies, leftover shabbos cake, pretzels, crackers, fruit, smoothies, leftover dinner….
