Which store in Lakewood or Flatbush is best with vort gifts? I want kallah to be able to exchange and not loose any of the money that was chipped in. Any place offer exchange for store credit with no restrictions?

You can send a gift card instead of a gift. They wrap it nicely. I recently did this with a few people chipping in at Set Your Table. It's very easy. They send you a link to send to people who want to join. Each person clicks the link and sends the amount they want directly to the store, and then the store delivers the gift card/gift with a message that you write and send to the store.
I heard that Kitchen Clique also wraps gift cards nicely.

Does it need to be a local store?

Nordstrom has the best return policy hands down, it’s unlimited. I’ve literally returned things I bought 7 years earlier with zero issues. Plus if she’s not near a store, she can ship back for free. And they have a nice selection of homewares

Bloomingdales has a nicer selection of homeware if your looking for fancier, but their return policy is only 90 days

Kitchen clique wraps up an empty box and attaches a gift card to it.
