I haven't read the book in years but my kids really want to dress up as characters from the Wizard of Oz. Can anyone suggest what mishloach manos would go with it? Thanks in advance!

Maybe you could also do a heart shaped candy (for tin man), a drink with a label "Courage" (for lion), and walnuts for the brains given to the scarecrow? Maybe there's something better for brains..

Emerald City theme. Everything green, with green gem pops, green gushers, anything gem shaped. And a pair of green glasses. Green beer bottle (green elixir?)
Dorothy-style baskets with poppy seed hamentashen. Yellow brick road: yellow wafers? lemon squares?
Heart, brains, and courage: heart shaped candy, lion/animal crackers, bran flakes.
You need to be a fan to get some of these, so keep that in mind.

We did this recently. If I remember correctly, we gave out the following:
Emerald City soup
Yellow brick bread
Hearts of palm salad
Munchkins (homemade - a big hit!)
Liquid courage (mini alcohol bottle)
Brain food (whole walnuts)
Winkies

Chocolate Heart lolly for tin man
Mini alcohol for liquid courage /lion
Sprinkle cookie for rainbow
Yellow laffy taffy rope for yellow brick road
