He is sleeping on his belly on my belly. He will nap for hours like this. But my back starts hurting after about 10 minutes of this. Often I suffer through just to keep him asleep. I'm on my phone, so I'm not bored. Problem is back ache. What can I do?
Not a newborn.

I put mine on stomach in crib with loudest noise machine. If she wakes up , I rock her back and leave. Until she sleeps for a minimum of an hr. She is a crazy light sleeper. A creak on the floor, makes her jump up.

How old, and how long will he nap on his stomach in a crib?

That is a bad habit. You have to end it now and train your baby how to sleep in the crib. Also, buy a sound machine if being a light sleeper is a problem.
