My kids love this magazine
We keep sending in pictures with their magnatiles and other amazing intricate creations and they are never included ! Anyone else have this? Are there any rules I need to know about
I'm having a hard time getting through to a live person

I don't know anything about the Circle, but in general, magazines have a huuuuuuge lag time between when you send stuff in and when it actually gets printed.

Pretend you're from a far fetched place 
The joke in our city (super OOT) is that if you send in a picture it will be published next week, even if your brother, sister, cousin were all featured for the past 4 weeks

My kids once sent something to a magazine, it was featured almost a year later! They'd forgotten about it by then.....

I write for the magazine so this isn’t my area of expertise, but people have told me that it takes months until it’s published. (They think I can help… sorry, no can do!)

Even articles are generally published months after being accepted. I can imagine pictures take even longer.

I've sent in my kids pictures a few times in the past. It took about 5-6 months to get printed. By the time it's printed the kids completely forget about it! But it's a fun surprise when they see themselves in there
