I don’t have coworkers to chip in with as they are all not Jewish but my boss is frum. I am posting this in the Lakewood section brocade I feel like this is a community dependent thing…

You don't have to give, but if you do, it should be from your husband/family, not from you personally.

No. I believe you do not give gifts even MM to an employer. If his family brings MM to your house, then it is OK to send MM to his house or give back MM at your door.

Here in Lakewood most people do give mm to their bosses. They usually chip in with their coworkers but I was in the same situation as you at one of my jobs. It was very uncomfortable to deliver mm to his house, but Bh I had gotten to know his wife so I visited with her a little. Otherwise I would maybe order from someplace that delivers so you don't have to bring it yourself.
