I don't know how much we have in savings. We have some investments and I don't know what they're worth now.
We do not own a house.
Married 13 years bh, 3 kids kh.

What type of investments do you have? We want to start doing investments but are nervous to take the plunge…

So I'm 40 and DH is 42. We own our house, mortgage free, worth 2M. Our vacation house is also mortgage free, worth 300k. In investments / savings, we have 500k. No debt except car loans (30k left on one and 20k left on the other). We have 3 kids (15, 10 and 8). Married 20 years.

Around 50k joint savings. My husband has some too in investments/separate accounts- Less then 50k I believe

Married almost 23 years. Both myself and my husband are in our mid 40s.
We own our house, but live larger OOT city, so our mortgage is low. We have a car loan that should be paid off in a few months.
5 kids ranging from 6-almost 21. All single.
My husband was out of in and out of work the last 4 years due to the economy not snapping back after covid, so we racked up some credit card debt. BH he's working now and we're just about caught up.
Liquid we have about $12k, but we have investments of about $70k and 401k of about $600k (though the 401k is not touchable now).

I’d still rather be in this place than not own a house
Our house is worth over 1M now, we bought it for half of that
ETA- we have some real estate investments, don’t know the value of the assets
