I don't. Not that I don't want to show gratitude,, but it all adds up. I'm already putting together a thought out nice MM and note. Why the need for more???

In past years, I've given teachers gift cards with two tiny foods, like a lollipop and a box of raisins. Not really a MM, but just conveying a bit of Purim vibe.
Oops, I misunderstood, I thought you wanted to give $ and were asking if you needed to also give MM.

I also misunderstood the poll. I though you meant you were going to tip, and should you also give shalach manos
What I do is I give a nice shalach manos with a gift for playgroup morahs, like a waterdale item or something
So it’s not a tip (costs less than I feel a respectable check is) but it’s nicer than just mm

... and I never give mishloach manos, they dont need my sparkling grape juice presidor wafers and choc leaves.
Instead I give them a torino bar chocolate and A card with cash inside.

I give a small chocolate arrangement (15$ but there are ones for 8$) to all Rebbe’s and teachers with an envelope of cash. This includes playgroup teachers.
