I’m going off of dairy to help my nursing baby. Can you give me some ideas of breakfast foods that are dairy free? I don’t like eggs for breakfast or oatmeal.
Usually it’s a bowl of cereal or toast w cc so that’s obvious…thank you

I’m also off dairy and it’s hard, not gonna lie. I’m also trying to lose weight. I had to experiment with a lot of recipes and mornings are busy. Lately I started making and freezing a big batch of fruity baked oats (I don’t like oatmeal either) in muffin pans and I’ll heat up one or two and eat with peanut butter. I also did ok on banana pancakes but it’s a pain to have to make them fresh every day.

Homemade almond milk is very quick and tastes good.

Also try goats milk (fresh, canned is awful imho) or if in Israel there is also sheeps milk. Many times that solves the problem. The taste (of regular fresh milk) is similar as cows.

Also try avocado toast.
