I need breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas, BUT

I am allergic to/don’t like nuts
I have celiac
I am allergic to sesame seeds (I can have sesame oil)
I don’t like most cooked fish
I’m not a fan of meat/steak but I do like lamb in any form, skirt steak, cheek meat

Yes to chicken and sweet potatoes, no to turkey.
Ideally, (after Pesach) I’d like to be able to freeze some stuff and put it in the freezer, so I can just pull it out and cook or defrost it. For now though, I just need some ideas for cooking. And for snacks.
Do you have recipes for the soups or tofu? And which yogurt do you use? (Doesn’t have to be CY)

Plain popcorn? From a bag, like skinny pop (not the microwave stuff) or the fresh popped stuffed? What do you put on it?

I bought the skinny pop ones that you microwave. It’s rly good. Not sure if it’s GF though

I’m sure it’s not the healthiest snack but it’s def better than cookies and chips and pretzels I think!

For breakfast I do yogurt with granola (try for whole grain) and blueberries.
Then I’ll have popcorn as a snack. And a small piece of dark chocolate at some point if I need that sweet type of snack. But like rly dark. Above 70 percent.
Apple also as another snack.
I made a rly yummy vegetarian chilli for a dinner.
Lentil soup is rly healthy and yum.

I do!! You put all those things with the quinoa, or that’s separate? If it’s separate, what do you put with the quinoa?

Which yogurt do you eat? Is milk chocolate worse for you than dark? I don’t like dark chocolate.
How do you make the chili?

Red cheese salad

Farmer cheese mixed with sour cream, white pepper, lots of paprika, could add garlic powder, or scallions, or red onions.

Kugels.
You cook up either 1pk frozen cauliflower, or broccoli or California veg. Drain and Mash it.
Add in 3 eggs, 1/2 cup lite mayo, add in spices like salt, pepper, (garlic powder) chicken soup mix or onion soup mix or onion powder. Mix together with fork, bake for like 40 minutes on 350.

For broccoli onion soup mix better. For California chicken soup mix. For cauliflower you don't need any soup mix.

I think frozen vegetables like brocoli and cauliflower taste great with spices, drizzled with olive oil and roast!!
Make a big batch of vegetables soup: I put in onions, zuchinis, celery, carrots and turnip. Blend or not depending on your taste!
I love split pea soup. I usually add vegetables and blend to make it a little lighter.(split peas only can be heavy)
Meat balls
grilled chicken: try all different spices!
We love Montreal chicken or steak seasoning !
I make one with olive oil, garlic and dill cubes, lemon juice, mustard salt and pepper.
Another one with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
You can prepare chicken with all spices and freeze in bags. Let Defrost on the counter and stick in oven 10-15 minutes before you want to eat!

How do you make the chili?

Recently the siggi brand I think it’s one of the “healthier” ones. They have a plain flavor that obviously is the best but I’ve been getting also vanilla or coconut. Yup dark chocolate is better. The larger percentage the better. I don’t love it either but a small piece gives me a little boost during work when I want something sweet. Do you have Instagram? The chilli is Sarah lasrys vegetarian recipe she has on her page. If you don’t have I’ll screen shot.
