Under a doctors supervision. I’m so scared but I think I really need to just do it. Ive tried so hard on my own and I’m making no progress. I know the side effects . Can anyone just reassure me that nothing horrific happened to them when starting a very low dose. I need to lose 30-40 pounds.

I have tried all of them except ozempic and have had little to no side effects. Mounjaro worked best for me as far as weight loss.

I used them
I was slightly nausous for a few weeks but then was totally fine.
they were great.
